Job summary

CSP is seeking an EHS Business Partner for a hybrid role serving Fort Wayne and nearby facilities. The role supports Huntington, Grabill, OH, and Van Wert, OH, with 2–3 days per week on-site.

You will lead safety initiatives, coordinate regulatory compliance, and partner with Operations and HR to sustain a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of Health, Safety & Environmental experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 14001, SDS, and environmental issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain safety, health, and environmental programs across sites.
• Develop and implement Health & Safety policies and programs.
• Coordinate and provide safety training for employees.
• Investigate injuries/illnesses and analyze data to improve safety metrics.
• Oversee Worker’s Compensation program and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ADA, RCRA, DOT, and related regulations.
• Chair Joint Health and Safety Committee activities and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and establish measurable standards.
