Job summary

Regal Rexnord is offering a Corporate Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Intern position in Milwaukee. This hybrid role provides hands-on experience across multiple EHS areas and partners with EHS professionals to implement a management system and support safety initiatives.

You’ll gain exposure to EHS data, dashboards, and training materials, while collaborating with business leaders to contribute to meaningful environmental and safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s in EHS, Sustainability or related field with expected graduation Fall 2027–Spring 2030.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support corporate EHS initiatives by collecting, analyzing, auditing, and reporting data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across Regal Rexnord.
• Assist with the development, revision, and maintenance of EHS training materials.
• Provide SharePoint administration support, including document management, content updates, and workflow maintenance.
• Collaborate with EHS professionals to review, update, and maintain corporate policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the EHS information management system, VelocityEHS, by assisting with system configuration, data validation, user adoption, and platform maintenance.
• Develop and maintain VelocityEHS dashboards, reports, and analytics while supporting end‑user training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
