Job summary

You will work closely with EHS professionals and business leaders to support initiatives, improve safety, and minimize environmental impact. The program lasts about 11 weeks in Milwaukee, with a hybrid onsite/remote work model.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in EHS, Sustainability, or related field with graduation Fall 2027–Spring 2030.
• GPA 3.0+ on a 4.0 scale.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS initiatives by collecting, analyzing, auditing, and reporting data to identify trends and improvement opportunities across Regal Rexnord.
• Assist with development, revision, and maintenance of EHS training materials.
• Provide SharePoint administration support, including document management and workflow maintenance.
• Collaborate with EHS professionals to review, update, and maintain corporate policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Support implementation and improvement of the VelocityEHS system, including configuration and data validation.
• Develop and maintain VelocityEHS dashboards, reports, and analytics; assist with end-user training and troubleshooting.
