Job summary

Regal Rexnord offers a Corporate Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Intern position in Milwaukee, WI, with a hybrid model (onsite at least 3 days/week, remote up to 2 days). This 11-week program runs June 2, 2027 to August 13, 2027, and provides hands-on experience across EHS functions, including data reporting, training, and policy maintenance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Sustainability, or a related field with a Fall 2027–Spring 2030 graduation window.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and proficiency with MS Office.
• Eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate EHS initiatives by collecting, analyzing, auditing, and reporting data.
• Assist with development and maintenance of EHS training materials.
• Provide SharePoint administration support and document management.
• Review and update corporate policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with VelocityEHS configuration, data validation, and end-user training.
• Develop VelocityEHS dashboards, reports, and analytics and support continuous improvement.
