Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an EHS Data Systems Analyst for a hybrid role. You will report to the Director, EHS Management Systems, with up to 20% travel and contribute to the global EH&S agenda.

You will bring 5+ years in EHS data management (Cority preferred), lead software implementations, drive data governance, and deliver KPI insights through Power BI, while collaborating across sites to improve EHS outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EHS data management systems (Cority preferred).
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems.
• Proven project management skills across enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong data visualization skills with Power BI or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage EHS data systems and Cority implementation.
• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver data visualizations and KPI insights using Power BI.
• Coordinate change management and training for stakeholders.
• Support global data governance and system reliability across sites.
