Job summary

CentroMotion is seeking an EHS & ESG Systems Specialist to manage data, systems, and reporting for EHS, ESG, and compliance worldwide. This role focuses on data quality, cross-functional coordination, and supporting audits and disclosures.

You will work with ISO standards and EcoOnline, collaborating with HR, Finance, and site teams to ensure accurate ESG reporting and regulatory compliance. Excellent organization and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in systems, data reporting, EHS, or ESG roles.
• Experience managing databases, dashboards, or reporting systems.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance tracking systems for permits, reporting obligations, audits, and certifications.
• Coordinate EHS reporting, training completion tracking, and performance metrics.
• Manage data and reporting within EcoOnline.
• Assist with ESG data collection, disclosures, and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Facilities, and site teams to validate data.
