Stanley Black & Decker is hiring an EHS Data Systems Analyst to join a hybrid U.S. team across multiple sites (Charlotte, Towson, New Britain, Valley City).

You will co-lead the Cority EHS system implementation, oversee data governance, and drive global cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate has strong Power BI skills, project and change management experience, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in EHS data management within a global industrial environment.
• Experience implementing software platforms and leading change.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the technical implementation and ongoing management of the Cority EHS system.
• Support data governance, data mapping, and master data setup for site reliability.
• Design SIT/UAT, SOPs, test scripts, and user guidance for releases.
• Leverage analytics and AI to monitor KPI performance and drive improvements.
• Deliver training to drive system adoption and ensure policy compliance.
