Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an EHS Data Systems Analyst to drive global data governance and enhance EHS performance across sites. The role combines Cority system leadership, data governance, and change management with analytics using Power BI to inform leadership decisions.

You will join a hybrid, remote-capable team reporting to the Director, EHS Management Systems, with up to 20% travel and opportunities to influence EHS strategy across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in EHS data management systems (Cority preferred).
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems.
• Experience implementing software platforms and leading change across a global organization.
• Proficiency in data visualization using Power BI or equivalent BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cority EHS system implementation, configuration, and ongoing management including vendor oversight and help desk support.
• Support data governance through data mapping, master data setup, quality reviews, and process standardization.
• Execute system testing and documentation (SIT/UAT, BRDs, SOPs, test scripts).
• Leverage analytics and AI to monitor KPI performance and identify compliance risks.
• Design and deliver training programs to drive system adoption across levels.
• Serve as an integration point across cross-functional teams and sites for EHS projects.
