This hybrid role reports to the Director, EHS Management Systems, and requires 5+ years of experience in EHS data platforms with strong data visualization skills. It offers extensive benefits, travel up to 20%, and opportunities across our global health and safety programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EHS data management systems (Cority preferred) within a global, diversified industrial environment.
• Proven project management skills to prioritize competing demands, manage enterprise-wide initiatives, and drive execution across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in Power BI or equivalent BI tools; able to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the Cority EHS system, including vendor oversight, change management, and Help Desk support ticket resolution.
• Support data governance through data mapping, master data setup, quality reviews, and process standardization to ensure data integrity and system reliability across sites.
• Execute system testing and documentation, including SIT, UAT, business requirements, SOPs, test scripts, and user guidance to support new releases and enhancements.
• Leverage analytics and AI to monitor KPI performance, identify compliance risks, and drive continuous improvement across SBD globally.
