The position reports to the Global EHS Director and involves administering EHS systems, tracking incidents, and collaborating with internal customers at corporate, BU, and site levels. Hybrid work is expected.

Responsibilities

• Developing, monitoring, and tracking various EHS metrics and targets.
• Case management of injuries and environmental incidents with timely follow-up.
• Manage Workers' Compensation claims and coordinate with TPAs, HR, and clinics.
• Data collection and reporting for EHS programs and management reviews.
• Oversee Medical Assistant and Telemed programs for efficiency.
• Support audits, training, and reporting of compliance activities.
• Respond to global EHS inquiries and maintain SharePoint sites and tools.
