Job summary

Mercy в Missouri seeks an Informatics Analyst to support the EHR program across Mercy Clinics Southeast (Cape Girardeau) and Mercy Clinics Stoddard (Dexter). The role splits time between onsite and remote work, delivering clinical care expertise and supporting automated processes.

The candidate will have an associate degree in healthcare with EHR experience and at least two years in a technical or business role; Epic EHR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in healthcare field, specialized training or equivalent work experience with electronic health record.
• Experience: Two years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Preferred Epic EHR experience and data analytics/data management experience; teamwork and independent work ability are valued.

Responsibilities

• Provides institutional expertise in the delivery of clinical care as it relates to the EHR Program.
• Evaluates and promotes new technologies to streamline clinical documentation and assessment processes.
• Participates in development and advanced implementation support of automated clinical processes.
• Provides end user support for all EHR users, onsite and remote as needed.
