Job summary

Mercy Informatics is seeking an Analyst to provide on-site and remote EHR support, improving clinical documentation and workflows.

You will evaluate new technologies, assist in automated clinical processes, and support end users across Mercy Clinics Southeast and Stoddard with occasional travel. The role requires IT experience and healthcare knowledge to enhance patient care through the EHR program.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare field or equivalent with EHR experience.
• Two years of relevant technical or business experience.
• Epic EHR experience preferred.
• Experience with data analytics and data management for systems evaluation.
• Experience in medical policy documentation and collaborative teamwork.
• Experience with business applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides end-user support for the EHR across Mercy Clinics.
• Evaluates and promotes new technologies to streamline clinical documentation and assessment.
• Develops and implements automated clinical processes.
• Onsite/in-person support for Mercy Clinics Southeast and Dexter; some travel.
• Split time onsite and remote work.
