Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translates customer requests into Epic software application specifications.
• Develops and deploys queries and moderately complex reports in Epic.
• Assists customers with optimizing their use of Epic applications.

Skills

Epic Clinical Documentation certification preferred

Rehab and Stork certifications preferred

Epic build, testing, and optimization experience

Critical thinking and problem‑solving ability

Excellent communication and customer support skills

Education

Associates degree, preferred
