UpSela Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced EHR Business Analyst to support healthcare technology initiatives, EHR implementations, system enhancements, and clinical workflow optimization.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business analysis, EHR systems, healthcare operations, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, gap analysis, reporting, and UAT. Minimum 3–5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional Business Analyst experience in healthcare or EHR projects.
• Experience with EHR systems and clinical workflows is essential.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, validation, and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to map current and future state processes and identify gaps and risks.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions.
• Experience developing BRDs, process maps, workflow diagrams, and requirements matrices.
• Experience coordinating UAT and testing activities across multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, document, prioritize, and validate business and clinical requirements for EHR initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process assessments.
• Translate healthcare needs into clear, testable requirements and use cases.
• Analyze current and future workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Create BRDs, process maps, diagrams, and requirement matrices.
• Support EHR implementations, configuration validation, and workflow improvements.
• Develop test scenarios and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare executive reports, risk assessments, and project updates.
