Job summary

Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada is seeking an Education Program Manager to lead the delivery and growth of K–12 programming. You will oversee JA programs and events, supervise staff, and build strong relationships with educators, schools, volunteers, and community partners.

The role emphasizes adherence to JA USA models, data-driven improvement, and cross-training across programs. This is a full-time, in-person exempt position with opportunities to expand access to high-quality JA learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and job-related experience in education, nonprofit leadership, youth programming, program management, or related field.
• 2+ years of program coordination, program management, or team-leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating, implementing, or managing educational, youth-development, nonprofit, or other community-based programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with educators, schools, students, volunteers, community partners, or similarly diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public-speaking or presentation experience.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance, with the ability to travel regularly to schools, events, and community partners.
• Ability to work across office, school, event, and community environments and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation, scheduling, and delivery of traditional K–12 programs in partnership with schools and educators.
• Lead coordination and execution of traditional program events, including JA Inspire and SWTBF.
• Manage program quality and quantity across assigned programs and events.
• Ensure adherence to JA USA program models and organizational quality standards.
• Coordinate school contracts, class registrations, and program documentation.
• Develop and deliver training for educators, school staff, volunteers, or other stakeholders.
• Cultivate partnerships with teachers, schools, districts, and community partners to sustain participation.
