Job summary

Baker Botts is seeking an eDiscovery Analyst to join the Practice Solutions team. This role provides project management and technical support for eDiscovery matters, using Relativity and related tools to manage data, workflows, and productions.

The position is full-time and can be based in Austin, Dallas, or Houston, with a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least two years in a legal environment, strong analytical and communication skills, and a good grasp of

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years in a law firm or corporate legal environment preferred.
  • Proficient in Relativity; Relativity Certified Admin credentials preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of case management tools such as Opus2, Everchron, or CaseMap a plus.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills; excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project management and technical support to the eDiscovery Team and Matter Teams.
  • Process data, create Relativity workspaces, batch documents, and generate reports.
  • QC and complete work requests; maintain onboarding and closing protocols.
  • Track projects and communicate progress with matter teams; support timekeeping and reporting.
  • Learn new technologies and assist with AI tools used by the Practice Solutions team.
