  • Conduct routine account and catalog audits across marketplace platforms to identify product setup issues, content gaps, suppression risks, pricing or attribute inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve catalog accuracy and marketplace performance.
  • Monitor marketplace and product performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversion rate, average order value, bounce rate, sell-through, and inventory levels to help identify trends and potential issues.
  • Use Amazon Vendor Central and other marketplace tools to support listing creation, content maintenance, item updates, merchandising execution, and issue resolution.
  • Use third-party marketplace monitoring and optimization tools, such as Amalytix or similar platforms, to track account and catalog health, surface recurring issues, support reporting, and assist with simple monitoring workflows or automations.
  • Work from assigned priorities in project and workflow tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms to support onboarding, daily execution, and project follow-through.
  • Use AS400 ERP information, in partnership with internal teams, to support product setup, inventory awareness, data validation, and marketplace execution.
  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, IT, Inventory, and Digital Marketing teams to support site updates, content needs, merchandising calendars, promotional timelines, and campaign execution.
