Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to ensure a seamless and inspiring interview experience for candidates. Hybrid role based out of ATX, reporting to the Early Talent Lead Program Manager and collaborating with Recruiters to guarantee a smooth candidate journey.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing events and swag, onboarding candidates, and supporting Summer Internship, New Grad Rotational, and Sales Academy programs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience in program coordination, recruitment, or a similar administrative role.
• Canva experience is a plus!
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating clear, professional materials.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and proactively address challenges.
• Strong research skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview logistics with recruiters for interns, new grads, and sales development candidates.
• Maintain job postings and our recruitment system, Greenhouse.
• Organize high-volume phone and video interviews.
• Collaborate with interviewers to create a welcoming candidate experience.
• Gather feedback to improve the selection process.
• Swag management and event logistics for Early Talent events.
• Plan and schedule on-site events and trainings.
• Coordinate onboarding and travel arrangements for candidates.
• Distribute surveys and collect feedback for program insights.
• Support Summer Internship, New Grad Rotational, and Sales Academy programs.
• Assist with diverse projects as needed.
