Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking an on-site EAP Clinician in Northern Montana for a full-time hybrid role serving a large government agency. You will provide direct counseling, crisis response, trainings, and outreach to employees, managers, and organizations while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.

You must hold an active Montana clinical license (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT/LAC/PhD PsyD) and have 2+ years in EAP or behavioral health, plus ability to obtain a federal security clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have an active, unrestricted clinical license in the behavioral health field issued by Montana board(s).
• Master's or Doctoral degree in relevant field required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in EAP/mental health/behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling, critical incident response, trainings, and outreach.
• Maintain caseload and accurate case records.
• Refer to treatment services and community resources as needed.
• Collaborate with clients, managers, and staff and ensure HIPAA compliance.
