Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Petroleum Engineering.
• 10+ years of wells leadership with drilling engineering, operations and team performance.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities using physics for drilling design.
• Proven track record managing drilling projects from planning to execution.
• In-depth knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and industry regulations.
• Vendor and contract management including term and rate negotiations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of drilling engineers, technicians, and superintendents to deliver the drilling program.
• Oversee all drilling operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide fit-for-purpose well designs and drilling programs meeting regulatory and BP requirements.
• Collaborate with geologists, production engineers, and HSE professionals for integrated project execution.
