Job summary

Hire Counsel in New York seeks a junior associate with 2+ years of e-discovery project management experience to lead and run projects for our active litigation team.

You will handle project management, document review, and trial preparation, coordinating with IT vendors and Epiq to set up collections, load productions, and ensure proper redaction of metadata. JD and NY Bar are required; hybrid in-person/remote arrangement through August.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of e-discovery project management in a law firm or e-discovery provider.
• Strong Relativity expertise with substantive searches.
• IT/data management experience; ability to work with IT teams.
• JD degree and New York Bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Manage e-discovery projects for the active litigation group.
• Perform document review and case strategy development; assist trial prep.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and Epiq for data collection.
• Set up workspaces, field layouts, and load productions with redactions as needed.
• Work well with others and manage multiple assignments.
