Qualifications

• 3–5 years in e-commerce operations or related business tech role.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, or comparable platforms.
• Strong understanding of product catalogs, inventory, orders, fulfillment, returns, and transactions.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple systems and teams.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations and data flow between platforms and enterprise apps.
• Interest in AI and automation to improve reporting and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and improvement of multiple storefronts (domestic and international).
• Support Shopify, Amazon and other channels; troubleshoot order, inventory, and fulfillment issues.
• Coordinate platform enhancements, integrations, and resolutions with tech teams and partners.
• Identify opportunities to streamline admin, standardize processes, and boost efficiency across channels.
