Job summary

The AMES Companies, based in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize the online brand and shopping experience across owned channels and e‑retailer sites. This hands‑on role drives customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention by coordinating with commerce, lifecycle marketing, UX, content, analytics, and cross‑functional teams.

You will work with Salsify, Shopify, Klaviyo, SFCC, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and analytics tools to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce, lifecycle or CRM.
• Proven marketing copywriting with strong writing, editing, storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with commerce platform, email/marketing automation, analytics, SEO, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage product content across e-Retailer sites to support brand standards and goals.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing to improve digital shelf, search, and shopper experience.
• Own day-to-day site functionality, promotions, landing pages, and QA on Shopify/SFCC.
• Partner with brand and media teams on organic and paid campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Define KPIs and maintain reporting using GA4 and dashboards.
