Placements24 is seeking an E-commerce Operations & Logistics Coordinator for a fast-paced online retailer in Welkom, Free State, with a hybrid in-office/remote setup. You will manage inventory, coordinate with 3PLs, optimize shipping, and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in e-commerce fulfillment, and the ability to work with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Competenze

• Experience in e-commerce operations, logistics or supply chain
• Strong inventory management and order fulfillment knowledge
• Experience with shipping carriers and 3PL partners
• Proficient with e-commerce platforms and inventories software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem solving and decision making under pressure
• Good communication and cross‑functional collaboration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment

• Oversee daily e-commerce order fulfillment and dispatch
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking with suppliers
