Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Shopify/WooCommerce and inventory software.
• CRM experience and customer service best practices.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage all aspects of e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, shipping, and returns.
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders, liaising with warehouse and logistics partners.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock quantities, preventing stockouts and overstocking.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues via various channels (email, phone, chat), ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience.
• Generate and analyze operational reports, such as sales data, inventory turnover, and customer service metrics, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless product launches and promotional activities.
• Maintain the accuracy of product information and pricing on the e-commerce platform.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
