Job summary

WÜSTHOF GmbH seeks a highly analytical E-commerce Analyst to drive forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting for our growing digital business. You will partner with Finance, Digital and Supply Chain to translate data into actionable insights across all e-commerce channels.

The role focuses on planning, inventory optimization and profitability improvement, with exposure to Amazon and Shopify platforms, and reports to the Senior E-commerce Manager. Hybrid work in Milford, CT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Retail Merchandising, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, inventory planning, merchandise planning, or business analysis.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Experience supporting retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce businesses.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central required; experience with Shopify Analytics, GA4, and Klaviyo preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Analyze business performance, including sales, margins, profitability, inventory, and promotional results.
• Develop sales, demand, and inventory forecasts across e-commerce channels, including Amazon and Shopify.
• Provide SKU-level forecasting, replenishment recommendations, and inventory planning support.
• Monitor e-commerce KPIs and identify opportunities to improve overall sales performance.
• Conduct promotional planning analysis and post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches, inventory strategies, and business initiatives.
• Manage Amazon monthly financial deductions, including disputes and recovery.
