Job summary

WÜSTHOF, a renowned knife manufacturer, is seeking an analytical E-commerce Analyst to support financial and operational success of our digital business. Reporting to the Senior E-commerce Manager, you will translate data into actionable insights to optimize inventory, profitability, and decision making across Amazon, Shopify, and other channels.

This full-time, hybrid role based in Milford, CT requires commuting-distance residency; relocation assistance is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Retail Merchandising, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, inventory planning, merchandise planning, or business analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience supporting retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce businesses.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central; experience with Shopify Analytics, GA4, and Klaviyo preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Analyze business performance, including sales, margins, profitability, inventory, and promotional results.
• Develop sales, demand, and inventory forecasts across e-commerce channels, including Amazon and Shopify.
• Provide SKU-level forecasting, replenishment recommendations, and inventory planning support.
• Monitor e-commerce KPIs and identify opportunities to improve overall sales performance.
• Conduct promotional planning analysis and post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches, inventory strategies, and business initiatives.
• Manage Amazon monthly financial deductions, including disputes and recovery.
