WÜSTHOF, a maker of high-quality chef's knives, seeks an analytical E-commerce Analyst to support forecasting and planning for our growing online business, reporting to the Senior E-commerce Manager.

Based in Milford, CT, this full-time, hybrid role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, inventory planning, and performance reporting across Amazon and Shopify, translating data into actionable insights and collaborating with Digital, Finance and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, inventory planning, merchandise planning, or business analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience supporting retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce businesses.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central required; experience with Shopify Analytics, GA4, and Klaviyo preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Analyze business performance, including sales, margins, profitability, inventory, and promotional results.
• Develop sales, demand, and inventory forecasts across e-commerce channels, including Amazon and Shopify.
• Provide SKU-level forecasting, replenishment recommendations, and inventory planning support.
• Monitor e-commerce KPIs and identify opportunities to improve overall sales performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches, inventory strategies, and business initiatives.
• Manage Amazon monthly financial deductions, including disputes and recovery.
