Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in financial planning, inventory planning, merchandising, or business analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Experience with retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central; Shopify Analytics, GA4, and Klaviyo preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Analyze performance: sales, margins, profitability, inventory, and promotions.
• Develop forecasts across e-commerce channels (Amazon, Shopify).
• Provide SKU-level forecasting and replenishment recommendations.
• Monitor e-commerce KPIs and identify opportunities to improve sales.
• Conduct promotional planning analysis and post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on launches and inventory strategies.
• Manage Amazon monthly financial deductions, including disputes and recovery.
