Job summary
Ferrero North America’s Parsippany HQ seeks an E-Commerce Customer Commercial Planning Analyst to support forecasting, promotional planning, trade-spend tracking, and business performance reporting for assigned customers and channels.
You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Trade Marketing to improve forecast accuracy and drive actionable recommendations that optimize revenue across the e-commerce landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Commercial Finance, Business Planning, Demand Planning, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or related function.
- Experience supporting forecasting, reporting, budgeting, or business performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Volume Planning & Forecast Management for customers and channels within the FY horizon.
- Promotional Planning & Optimization including promo plan construction and uplift quantification.
- Trade Spend & Financial Management monitoring actual vs BDG and P&L indicators.
- Commercial Performance Analysis delivering insights and performance scorecards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration to support Joint Business Planning and customer reviews.
