Job summary

Benesch is seeking an e-Billing Specialist for our Cleveland office. The role supports the billing workflow from start to finish, ensuring accurate prebills and timely reports.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, 3+ years of client billing experience, proficient Excel/Word, fast typing, and familiarity with e-billing systems such as Aderant/BillBlast. This hybrid position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• The e-Billing Specialist must have a High School Diploma and a minimum of 3 years of relevant client billing experience.
• A typing speed of 60 WPM and 10-key machine by touch are required.
• Must be proficient in Excel and Word as well as have an understanding of E-invoicing systems.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of start to finish billing process and procedures
• Understanding of multiple e-billing sites and requirements
• Monitor Billblast/e-billing systems for submissions and rejections
• Work with billing and collections team to solve e-billing issues
• Communicates properly and promptly with BFCA personnel and external contacts at all times and must exhibit a high level of customer service at all times
• Process / follow up appeals as needed
• Review invoices for OCG requirements
• Ability to enter rates/accruals into different systems
• Ability to problem solve and critically think
• Ability to work alone and also in a team setting
• Performs other duties as assigned
