Job summary

Benesch Law is seeking an e-Billing Specialist to join our Cleveland-based team. You will manage the flow of computerized billing from inception to final product, including edits, prebills, and timely month-end reports for timekeepers.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, 3+ years of billing experience, and strong Excel/Word skills. Experience with Aderant/BillBlast is a plus; we offer a hybrid schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

High School Diploma and a minimum of 3 years of client billing experience.
Typing speed of 60 WPM and 10-key by touch are required.
Must be proficient in Excel and Word as well as have an understanding of E-invoicing systems.
Aderant/BillBlast experience is preferred.
Must possess an excellent customer service attitude and flexibility to work overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

Understanding of start to finish billing process and procedures.
Understanding of multiple e-billing sites and requirements.
Monitor Billblast/e-billing systems for submissions and rejections.
Work with billing and collections team to solve e-billing issues.
Communicates properly and promptly with BFCA personnel and external contacts at all times and must exhibit a high level of customer service at all times.
