The Assistant Director of Donor Relations at University of Baltimore will manage donor communications and acknowledgment strategy to ensure timely, accurate recognition of philanthropic support, aligning with University style guides. Hybrid position requiring at least two days in the office weekly, with on-campus hours for events and meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and professional fundraising or donor relations experience.
• Experience communicating with donors and volunteers; project management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM donor management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage acknowledgment processes and donor correspondence reflecting priorities and relationships.
• Draft and refine templates and messages for university leadership.
• Curate student and program impact stories for stewardship communications.
• Oversee honor and memorial notifications; ensure quality control.
• Collaborate with Donor Engagement, Annual Giving, and Advancement Communications to improve donor experience.
• Evaluate processes to enhance efficiency and accountability.
