Job summary

UPAF is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented professional to strengthen planning, coordination, and execution of the annual campaign. You will support donor relationships, track revenues, and ensure data quality across CRM and reporting systems.

Join a collaborative development team in Milwaukee, helping to advance fundraising priorities while applying data, technology, and project-management skills to support arts education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of data.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex problems using non-technical terms.
• Understanding of modern database and information technologies.
• Excellent math, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and distribution.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with HTML/web platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fundraising and marketing teams to plan and manage campaign processes.
• Create and maintain CRM reports and ad hoc data queries.
• Provide weekly campaign level reporting and analysis.
• Identify prospects and opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Support events data management from invitations to attendee data.
• Assist development leaders in executing fundraising processes.
