Job summary

United Performing Arts Fund, Milwaukee, is seeking an analytical individual to support annual fundraising campaigns. You will organize opportunities, manage donor data, and prepare weekly campaign reporting to guide donor engagement and strategy decisions.

The role emphasizes data, technology, and project management skills within a collaborative development team, in a hybrid in-office/remote setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of data.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex problems using non-technical terms.
• Understanding of modern database and information technologies.
• Excellent math, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Work with the development team to identify and organize campaign opportunities and processes.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, workflows, and reporting to ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with marketing to align fundraising and marketing efforts.
• Identify process improvements and implement tools to reduce admin work.
