Job summary

Koniag Government Services is seeking a Program Analyst in Washington, DC to support the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Technology Commercialization. This hybrid position requires 3 days onsite and the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

The role involves providing analytical support to improve proposal readiness among small businesses within the program. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Koniag offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 along with an extraordinary benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting federal R&D programs.
• Familiarity with federal program operations and funding processes.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the PIA SBIR initiative.
• Assist in developing program materials and guidance documents.
• Prepare written materials such as reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with DOE program offices and applicants.
