Job summary

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks an OTC Program Analyst I to support the OTC IPM Team in Washington, DC. The role requires eligibility for a Public Trust and a hybrid work setup with three days onsite.

The analyst will manage program activities, prepare federal-quality reports and presentations, and assist with budget and event coordination for DOE initiatives, while providing cross‑functional support to the PIA program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of related experience; advanced degrees may substitute.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support development, management, and execution of PIA program activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and visual materials for DOE managers.
  • Assist program managers with design, funding, reviews, and events.
  • Coordinate with DOE program offices and support market research.
  • Provide program administrative support, track progress, and update leadership.
