BryceTech seeks an Experimentation Analyst to lead a team planning and executing DoD experimentation activities supporting CWMD missions. You will work with government and industry partners to ensure capabilities are technically sound and doctrine-ready for operational adoption.

The role is based in Alexandria, VA with a hybrid schedule and travel about 10%. You will coordinate with government and subcontractor leads to ensure seamless execution and deliver post-event reports and briefs.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance (or higher).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years supporting the operational use of software and hardware technologies within the DoD during military exercises, deployments, or other operational environments.
• Experience developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational events and processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of military operational tactics, procedures, and command structures.

Responsabilités

• Support the leadership and management of the experimentation team and its core capabilities.
• Partner with government stakeholders to develop and execute an annual experimentation strategy (“Campaign of Learning”).
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and synchronize technology experimentation events from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with government and subcontractor technical leads for seamless planning and execution.
• Develop, maintain, and implement SOPs to support consistent execution of events and processes.
• Serve as CSC2 representative delivering system demonstrations and briefings to senior officials.
• Act as SME for the Live, Virtual, and Constructive sandbox environment used in experimentation.
• Provide regular status updates to the CSC2 team and stakeholders during events.
• Apply operational expertise to support event planning and capability assessments.
• Train team members on SOPs and experimentation tools, promoting cross-training.
• Contribute to development of program’s technology capabilities and sandbox environment.
• Serve as primary point of contact for event logistics and coordination.
• Monitor the LVC sandbox, collect metrics and feedback, document observations.
