Job summary

Toppan Merrill is seeking a Document Specialist to join our hybrid team. You will onboard Word documents into the Quinn platform, ensure formatting accuracy, and troubleshoot production issues while delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities include supporting clients, performing document setup and optimization, and contributing to continuous improvement within the Document Services team. BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred, 1+ year in Word/document production is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of advanced Word, document production, or desktop publishing experience.
• Strong formatting, proofreading, and print production knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Word documents into the Quinn platform and prep files for production.
• Run cleanup, apply style tagging, and validate formatting accuracy.
• Generate and troubleshoot document proofs for issues.
• Support clients with edits and platform questions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client service.
• Participate in UAT for platform enhancements.
• Document processes and support continuous improvement.
