Job summary

Toppan Merrill seeks a Document Specialist to join our hybrid team in Minnesota, supporting the Quinn platform. You will onboard Word documents, ensure formatting accuracy, and troubleshoot production issues while delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities include document setup, style tagging, and collaboration with Customer Success and Production teams. A BA/BS or equivalent with 1+ year experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business or a related field preferred or equivalent
• 1+ year of Word/document production or related experience preferred
• Strong understanding of document styles, formatting, proof review, and print production concepts
• Experience in a client-facing, customer service, or support-oriented environment
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve formatting and document production issues

Responsibilities

• Onboard Word documents into the Quinn platform and prepare files for production
• Run document cleanup, apply style tagging, and validate formatting accuracy
• Generate, review, and troubleshoot document proofs for issues
• Support clients with document edits, platform questions, and issue resolution
• Participate in document setup, optimization, and ongoing maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing for platform enhancements and new releases
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement
