Job summary

Toppan Merrill, a global technology leader in regulatory disclosure, is seeking a Document Specialist to join its hybrid team in the United States. You will support production, onboarding, and optimization of client disclosure documents using the Quinn platform, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

Key tasks include onboarding Word files, running cleanup, applying style tagging, generating proofs, assisting clients with edits, and partnering

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of advanced Microsoft Word or document production experience.
• Strong formatting, proofreading and print production concepts.
• Experience with client-facing roles or support.
• Knowledge of HTML, XPP, disclosure documents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Word documents into the Quinn platform and prepare files for production.
• Run cleanup, apply style tagging, and validate formatting accuracy.
• Generate, review, and troubleshoot document proofs to resolve issues.
• Support clients with edits, platform questions, and issue resolution.
• Participate in document setup, optimization, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Production Design, Proxy, and other teams for client service.
• Participate in UAT for platform enhancements and new releases.
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
