Job summary

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products, is seeking a Sales Manager in a hybrid role covering an assigned territory. You will hire, train, and develop a team of sales professionals and drive territory growth to meet company goals.

In this role you will attract sales talent, develop associates, manage customer relationships, plan weekly priorities, and work toward ambitious sales targets while maintaining accurate activity reporting and leveraging

Qualifications

• Execution of an Employment Agreement or revised exhibit(s) prior to execution.
• 2-4 years of experience in hiring, training and/or managing individuals and teams.
• Ability to travel to customer and associate locations within the territory and attend company meetings.

Responsibilities
