Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or related field with two years experience coordinating or administering a program OR five years of related experience.
• Experience coordinating or administering a program or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor grantee reporting, budget expenditures, and program data to assess progress towards outcomes and adherence to requirements.
• Provide technical assistance to grantees and district personnel on reporting systems (e.g. grant management system, Smartsheet, dashboards) and grant requirements.
• Develop and refine operational guidelines, procedures, and internal monitoring systems for consistency across programs.
• Review and approve grantee plans, budgets, plan changes to ensure allowable use of funds and alignment with program requirements.
