Responsibilities

• Direct the dispatch area to meet ERS response time targets.
• Mentor and supervise lead dispatch personnel.
• Coordinate with ERS supervisors, field staff and management to improve service quality.
• Monitor calls and service areas, addressing bottlenecks and issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to AAA standards and Five Diamond Service practices.
