Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Houston is seeking a Director Portfolio Management - Utilities to shape and execute the portfolio strategy for the Utilities business, aligning offerings with market needs across electric, gas, and water sectors. You will lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, roadmaps, and investments, reporting to the General Manager - Utilities.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in portfolio management, offering management, product management, or strategy.
Experience in utilities or related industrial sectors.
Proven track record of growth, market expansion, and financial performance.
Strong business acumen with revenue, margin, and investment analysis experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Utilities portfolio strategy to drive growth and profitability.
Lead market intelligence including VOC, competitive analysis, and regulatory trends.
Define and drive product roadmaps, pricing, GTM plans, and value propositions.
Monitor portfolio performance and take actions to optimize results.
Partner with sales and leaders on major pursuits and cross-Honeywell opportunities.
Advise senior leadership on investments and long-term portfolio direction.
