Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Director Portfolio Management – Utilities in the United States to shape and execute the portfolio strategy for the Utilities business. You will align offerings across electric, gas, and water segments, driving growth through metering, grid modernization, software, and services.

You will lead cross-functional teams, prioritize investments, develop roadmaps, and support strategic pursuits while reporting to the GM – Utilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in portfolio management, offering management, or strategy.
• Experience in the utilities industry or a related sector.
• Proven track record of driving portfolio growth, market expansion, and financial performance.
• Strong business acumen with revenue, margin, and investment analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Utilities portfolio strategy to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead market intelligence efforts to identify growth opportunities.
• Define and drive product roadmaps, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
• Monitor portfolio performance and optimize revenue and margins.
• Partner with sales and business leaders for strategic customer engagements.
• Advise senior leadership on investments and long-term portfolio direction.
