Job summary

Sysco's Global Talent Development group in Houston is seeking a seasoned Talent & Leadership Development partner to elevate leadership pipelines, succession planning, and performance management in support of Sysco's US Foodservice and corporate priorities.

In partnership with HR and COE, you will scope and execute initiatives cross-functionally, coach HR partners and leaders, and translate talent data into strategic actions across USFS field and corporate locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Talent/HR leadership within a Fortune 500 environment.
• Proficient with Workday and collaboration tools such as MS Teams.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and Centers of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with USFS Operations, corporate functions, and HR to build leadership pipelines.
• Lead rollout of talent processes including succession, performance management, and internal mobility.
• Coach HR Partners and leaders on talent practices and interpret regional talent data.
