Job summary

DATCU is seeking a Director of Training to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of all training initiatives. You will align programs with business goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive employee development across the organization.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the organization or industry.
• Experience developing procedures, training modules, and instructional materials.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze training needs and drive initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Leadership and team development proficiencies.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
