Growing Hope seeks a Director of Finance to lead financial operations from budgeting to reporting. This hybrid role in South Carolina reports to the CEO and collaborates with the leadership team to secure funds, improve performance, and ensure compliance with funders.

The successful candidate will strengthen financial infrastructure, manage grants and contracts, and provide actionable insights for strategy and growth while maintaining strong internal controls and audit readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting/financial management experience.
• Nonprofit finance leadership experience with GAAP knowledge.
• Ability to translate financial data for non-financial leaders.

Aufgaben

• Own the agency's overall financial health, integrity and sustainability.
• Develop multi-year forecasts, cash projections and scenario analyses.
• Build models to show funding, staffing and program impact on finances.
• Analyze monthly/yr-to-date performance against budget and forecast.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting, close processes and reconciliations.
• Maintain accounting policies, controls and documentation standards.
• Lead annual budgeting with program and grant continuity.
