The role collaborates with the CEO and leads modernization of financial infrastructure, board reporting, and regulatory coordination, requiring hands-on accounting, GAAP expertise, and experience in insurance or regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement expertise.
• Able to handle both analysis and transaction processing.
• Clear, confident communication with non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
• Manage monthly closes, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare Board materials and coordinate audits.
• Guide treasury, banking, and capital management.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
